“When I first heard about the teaching and the theology of the feminine genius, I was a little bit hesitant to dive in because it was presented as like ‘This is the one way of the feminine genius.’ It was kind of sugary-sweet…like ‘you’re special’, but I felt like it didn’t get to the heart of women and what makes us vital to the Church. And I knew based on my relationship with the saints that it was so much bigger.” -Lauren Winter, Owner of Brick House in the City

In this mini-documentary, Lauren Winter shares how her relationship with the great female saints of the Catholic Church empowered her understanding of the feminine genius and inspired the creation of her business Brick House in the City, a Catholic apparel and home goods shop dedicated to inspiring women to know that they belong in the Church and have a place here.
